I have been to Bear Rock cafe three times since they were opened in our town, all three times, the service has been slow, today I had to track down the waitress for the check after a half hour,after waiting for 25 minutes to receieve our food and there were less than 20 people in the restaurant and the food was lukewarm.
when I told the concerns to the person at the cash register, his idea of customer service was to trash the help.
OK food, IF you are not in a hurry and do not expect much.
